Privacy Policy

Updated 26 September 2026

This notice explains how AURA Corporate Housing, a brand of Aura Immobiliare SRLS, processes personal data collected through the website and connected contact channels.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Aura Immobiliare SRLS, VAT IT09052980720. Contact: auraimmobiliaresrls@notificapostale.it and +39 338 202 6870. Offices shown on the website are in Bari Santo Spirito, Bitonto, Florence and Radom.

2. Data we process

We may process information voluntarily entered in forms or provided by phone, email or WhatsApp, including company name, contact person, email, phone number, requested location, team size, dates, shifts, budget and accommodation requirements. Technical data needed to operate the website may also be processed.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to answer enquiries, prepare corporate-housing proposals, manage pre-contractual or contractual relationships, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the context, the legal basis may be pre-contractual steps requested by the user, contract performance, legal obligations or legitimate interests in B2B communications and service security.

4. Request form and WhatsApp

The website form does not automatically store the submitted details in a website database. When the user chooses to send a request, the site prepares a WhatsApp message containing the entered information. Data is transferred to WhatsApp only after the user's action and is then also subject to the provider's own terms and privacy notice.

5. Analytics and technical data

The site uses Floot's built-in analytics in memory mode: the session identifier remains in memory and is not stored in cookies or localStorage. Technical information such as page path, referrer, user agent, browser language and a country indication derived from the timezone may be transmitted. Google Analytics is not currently enabled on the site.

6. Third-party services and resources

The site loads or links to third-party resources including Google Fonts, Unsplash images, WhatsApp and Google Maps links. Those providers may receive technical connection information such as IP address and user agent, and may process further data when their services are opened.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers depend on the safeguards used by the relevant provider, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

8. Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, plus periods required by administrative, tax or legal obligations.

9. Your rights

Data subjects may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where provided by the GDPR, and may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Requests can be sent to the controller's contacts above.
